What can I say about Zenni? They seem to be one of the bigger online stores and have a strong fan base and also a strong hate base. Many people do love Zenni but they do seem to have more than their fair share of problems. Reports of out of stock items and glasses taking months to arrive, but this could be due to them not being able to keep up with the demand. Many people reported no answer to their emails, but to be fair, there are many people who have no problems at all.

I have been ordering eyeglasses from Zenni for over 7 years, perhaps longer. Of the almost 2 dozen eyeglasses ordered for myself, my wife, daughter, sister-in-law and my in-laws, the quality of the frames and the quality of materials and optical RX has been superior! Delivery is from 5 to 10 days- never longer. As a retired optician, on a scale from 1 to 10, I give them a 10! RX is always accurate and bifocal and progressive segment height measurements have been unbelievably always right on! This is something that I think is fantastic, since the segment heights are not physically measured from your head, but done via a computer. Their prices are the extremely reasonable. I wish they still would produce AR coating with gradient tints, but currently they only do either AR or tint (solid), not both together:(
Ordered glasses, arrived quickly, reasonable price & shipping, but left lens chipped and the return offered was 50% off another pair actually like the first….Not Too happy about that….
